Directions to the Hancock County Soil & Water Conservation District office, 190 Bangor Road:

We are located on Route 1A, also called the Bangor Road, in Ellsworth falls.

Heading from Bar Harbor/Downtown Ellsworth- follow Route 1A towards Bangor.  Go past New Land Nursery, past the Mud Creek Road, and then past the State Troopers’ barracks. We are in the next building on the left.

Heading from Bangor/Dedham- follow Route 1A towards Ellsworth.  After you go past Storage Plus (which will be on your left), you will cross over a little stream with a guard rail along the road.  We are the second driveway on the right after the guard rail (Directly across from Demeyer field, right before the State Troopers’ barracks).
